On my most recent purchase, I had to engage a salesperson to help track down an out-of-stock item. I got excellent customer service from Jennifer O'brien who kept me abreast of in-warehouse status, she eventually secured one for me just in time for our remodel project.

"I ordered a KitchenAid stove. Plessers shipped it and then demanded more money two weeks after the initial order to deliver to the rural address. They claim "curbside" delivery only applies to urban areas despite saying nothing like this on their website. This company tried to extort more money for delivery then shipped the item back without informing me when I declined, significantly disrupting the remodel schedule."

"I wish I knew of Plesser's sooner. I ordered an LG washer/dryer combo. They saved me several hundred dollars over their competitors, including delivery. I worked with Jennifer O'Brien who handles internet sales. The original order was very smooth. Jennifer was very informed of the ordering and delivery process.
After the order, Jennifer sent me some additional information about the order and some more specifics about the appliance. It was then that I realized that the unit would not fit in my laundry room. This was contrary to information posted on the LG website. I called Jennifer back and she took care of placing a new order on a smaller washer/dryer and cancelling the old order. Overall, this has been an extremely pleasant experience, in large part thanks to Jennifer."
