The delivery was also very fast, i received my item in 2 days. The only thing that i wish that the plemix website had was the different colors of the phones. Plemix.com is truly a great online shopping venue.

Hi folks, I am so glad as i have received a confirmation letter that my Item has been shipped and i will receive my item within 2-3 days.

As i mentioned earlier The live chat service was one of the best and my all enquiries and updation was done online within minutes, Once again thanks to Samantha.
Hopefully when i will receive my Item I will sure try to come and tell more about my experience, when actually the product will be in my hand. But surely i recommend Plemix for a Safe Shopping Experience. .... Denny

"I ordered an LG KS660 Triband Dual SIM unlocked phone from Plemix in late November 2009. Plemix was the only company that I could find that supplied a dual SIM, which avoids having to carry two mobile phones around.

I live in the UK and it arrived within 5 days from Hong Kong. The manufacturers box was sealed but when we opened it the phone was faulty. I contacted Plemix and they gave me an RMA # and asked me to return the phone for them to inspect.

Within 10 days (because of Christmas) I had the phone back and fully operational. I would recommend Plemix, they are a little slow at responding but they will eventually and they are honourable."

"About 6 months ago I bought 2 KF350's from Plemix and it was my first time ordering from them. I used their Live Chat to ask their Sales Representatives some questions and they were all answered accurately and the responses were fast.

After all of my questions (I had like 30 I swear) I placed my order for the 2 cellphones and before I knew it I had both the phones in my hands.

The cellphones were in perfect condition with the Korean language pack installed and it came on time (according to the FedEx tracking) and everything was perfect.

6 months later I got bored of the KF350's so I sold them and went back to Plemix to buy another cellphone. Here I was, thinking that their customer support was good last time but I was in for a treat.

This time, not only did they repeatedly answer all my detailed questions, but they got me the same Sales Representative so that it would be more comfortable for me.

I probably spent like a good 4 to 5 hours on the Live Chat and finally placed my order knowing that it was in good hands.

My cellphone is now supposed to arrive on the 8th and I can't wait to use my brand new Samsung S8000.

Overall if I had to rate Plemix's care for the customer I would rate it 100000 out of 10. In my entire life, I have never actually seen this kind of support when buying a product. This is a store I would gladly recommend to all of my friends and family, and I will for sure be returning to the site for many other products that they happen to carry.

"Plemix made a mistake by sending a Hong Kong version of an HTC Touch Pro 2 that is capable only of Chinese handwriting recognition. It took a while to obtain an RMA, it is not easy to get a reply once an item is paid for. Nevertheless, after trying hard enough, I received an RMA so that I can return the phone.

They ship very fast. However, before purchasing an item from Plemix, make sure that you communicate in every detail if the item you are going to receive is exactly the same as the one shown on the photographs on their website. In my case the phone had Chinese characters on its keyboard, none of which was in the photographs. And, it wasn't set up to perform English handwriting recognition, only Chines (Classical or Simplified - take your pick). I cannot fathom why somebody would ship a phone with a Chinese keyboard and Chinese only handwriting recognition to a Wisconsin address, but that's what happened.

The company is based in, and ships from Hong Kong, and many electronics manufacturers, especially mobile phone makers, manufacture Asian versions of their products, intended for the Hong Kong, Taiwan, mainland China and worldwide Chinese consumer market. A Hong Kong-based company like Plemix might ship the Asian version despite showing an International or European English model on their website.

They might also be hard to reach once you made the purchase. So be careful - get it in form of at least an e-mail that the item you will receive is EXACTLY the one displayed on the website, with EXACTLY the features described. Check especially carefully whether the product you are looking at has an Asian or Chinese version (made by the original manufacturer, but intended for the Asian or Chinese market), and if there is, and it is not what you are looking for, check if on=line retailer does have the international, European or North American model in stock that you want.

Also keep in mind that many Hong Kong based on-line resellers maintain a satellite office in the U.S. and other markets (e.g. Australia etc.) and list a U.S. phone number and address. This alone is not a guarantee that they actually ship form the U.S. So also ask where the item will be shipped from, and if it is Hong Kong, be doubly careful. I had more than one Hong Kong surprises with on-line retailers."

"PLemix is the most irresponsible, cortesy less on line store I´ve ever seen. You do a purchase, they get the money and after that in spite of they say that they have a within 24 hours shipment, orders stay in "pending" status, you write asking for information and get no answer. I´d made the purchase using Paypal (Thanks god), after 10 days I´ve got my money refunded throught Paypal services. I do not recommend this store to purchase from. This store has the worth customer service, bad attention. Do not buy anything to Plemix."
