"Worst Experience EVER!! I order online ALL THE TIME & after weeks of not getting my product, I first wrote a letter asking what the problem was. Never heard back. I wrote a second letter, & never heard back again. I then called PlanetRx to get a freaking recording EVERY time. I left a message & didnt hear anything back. What kind of a company has an answering machine instead of a human? I finally had to cancel my whole credit card to cancel the order. Sad thing is I really depend on biofreeze for my pain, so went weeks with pain. I DO NOT recommend this company PERIOD!! "

"BAD SERVICE! AWFUL experience! I will never, ever shop from them again!!! Order placed 10/25, confirmation email received that day then no further contact from PlanetRx at all. I sent two requests to them regarding order status and received NO response at all. Nothing! What horrible customer service!!!"
