They are RUDE and un professional

"Ordered part and they took my money off my debit card immediately. Said it would ship in 5-7 days...15 days later no part...they blamed supplier ...requested refund...they say it takes 5-7 days for refund...WTF then had the gall to try and blame it on My bank.
Still don't have my money or my part.
Gunna dispute the charge with Visa next and call BBB if I don't get my money tomorrow.

lies... Why?

"in a word, horrible. I would rate no stars if it were an option. Placed an order on Jan 30, 2018 for a set of cables that had a two ~ three week ship time and a Bluetooth communications system that listed as ships next day. Money taken from my account on January 30th, and I assumed at least the Sena unit would ship... Two weeks later, still nothing. Was told it should go out next week, next week it was 'tomorrow'...

Over a month and still nothing but lies and false promises. I guess its time to file a claim through PayPal for non shipment.

I simply cannot recommend dealing with Phat Performance Parts.

Horrible website to order from and customer service

"Placed a order on 21 FEB 2018, they charged my account and the website states it would not charge till shipped and that it would then ship within 24-48 hours and the item was then and is now in stock. Here it is 02 MAR 2018, item still not shipped even after sales representitive said it would be to me by 01 MAR 2018 and that was last week, Friday 23 FEB 2018. No response to e-mails so I will have to dispute the charge with my bank, contact the California consumer protection agency and the local attorney general. I do not recommend Phat performance Parts for your motorcycle parts needs."

Lies and Horrible Customer Service

"****DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM****

I placed a order that was $1,399 after their 10% discount on December 21, 2017. From then until the January 1, 2017, they just say on my order and did nothing! So I called them on January 2, 2017 to cancel my order. They then told me that the only way to cancel an order is through their email. So soon as I got off the phone, I sent them a cancellation email at 11:36 am. When it got to 8 pm, they never emailed me back to confirm my order cancellation. So I emailed them confirmed that they received my previous email and they still didn’t email me back. The next day I called them and spoke of this issue. They told me that they did reply to my email (which they didn’t) and only process returns on Sunday! Which is when they’re closed and also all banks are closed. Now it’s January 12th and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY $1,399 RETURN!!!!! It’s three weeks since I’ve ordered and a week plus since I’ve canceled my order! Also, my account on their website hasn’t changed also. It still says order received!!! Being a prior Store Manager and current Active Duty Army, I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT YOU NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE RIPOFFS/UNPROFESSIONAL “SALESMAN”!

horrible unreliable company

"I place my order on October 26 and I just received it on December 14 and in very bad condition and after full paypal because without them I probably would have never received it and I still ask refund a paypal because as I tell you my object is in very bad condition I strongly recommend this company not serious at all and without forgetting that it just cost me $ 114 of clearance"

Phat Performance gets me my cables no Hassle!

"I was searching for +10 throttle and clutch cables for my Kawasaki Drifter so I could run 16" apehangers. No one carried them or even wanted to order them. I ran across Phat's website in my many searches, and sure enough they could get them to me. I filled out the easy to use form on the website , set some money and a few weeks later they came to my door! The order was correct and complete and they were Barnett cables who I feel is the best. Now I'm a happy guy and have 16 inch apehangers on my Drifter! Thanks Phat performance for being hassle free and true to your word."

THIEVES AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

"Basically stole my money for a product they could not produce its on their website but its been discontinued they said so well refund your money guess what still have not seen a sign of it i repeat (Thieves) must be pretty bad when that is how you have to conduct yourself as a bussiness to make money and then the guy i spoke with on the phone tells me we generally service harleys when they have clearly all styles of bike on there website piont is stealing is stealing period and if people read through the reviews they will see a pattern here so yeah your probably good at shipping a part you actually sell also people need to read reviews on yelp also you will see a lot of similar behavior there as well"

Terrible Service

"I ordered a part as a gift on May 21st, as of today June 5th I still haven't received it. When I called I was told the order may have been dropped but the owner would give me a call. I waited, didn't hear from anyone, so I called back. I was told they were still waiting for USPS to send them a shipping label w/ a tracking #. Really??? It doesn't take USPS 2 weeks to send a shipping label.

When I called them out and even told them if they forgot to ship it then just tell me you forgot to ship it and send it now, I was told I could just cancel my order.

Thanks for the great advice. I did cancel the order and found someone else that was happy to help.

I'll not make the mistake of ordering from this company again.

Horrible Company

"Incompetent company full of idiots...ordered on May 9th was supposed to be here by May 30th as the website stated it would be 2 to 3 wks. After multiple calls dealing with rude associates and the boss never being there, I called the supplier directly who informed me that they didn't even place the order!! Almost a month and my product wasn't even ordered...what a joke! Only buy from them if you want to never receive your items, deal with rude employees, or a boss who's never there. Listen to the other reviewers it's not BS these people are known for scamming their customers by selling products they don't have, not issuing refunds for months, and apparently not processing orders on time. If you do decide to MAKE A HUGE MISTAKE and buy from them make sure you use Paypal that way you can protect yourself from these thieving scumbags.

PS. Bought the items directly from the supplier, already got my tracking number and my product will be here in a few days.
