Incomplete order fulfillment

"Order 3 items in October 2018. Only received 2 items in December 2018 because of constant calls to them. One item not received and no answer of when it will be sent. When you call they deflect all answers to Terry, who only works after the shop is closed. He will not respond to customers request for information.
If you want to start a fight over the phone with them ask for a refund. That you will not get unless you go face to face with them.
I encourage you not to order from this group or you could be out hundreds of dollars like I am right know.

"terrible service. AVOID. impossibe to get to customer service, most of the time nobody answers calls. never call back nor emails back. after notice that "your order will be shipped within 48hr" took 10 weeks and many attempts to contact to finally after cancelling order, they decide to ship it. scammers and liars. AVOID"

Good Experience

"Ordered a Barons cable kit and rec it in about 6 days and didn't use expedited service. Cables fit perfectly so no complaints and they had the best price as well. I'll use them next time I have a need for an upcoming Mustang Seat Purchase. "

Ordered Lepera Seat. 40 days later no seat.

"Ordered Lepera Seat. 40 days later no seat, no response to emails or phone calls.
No Seat or Refund! I filed a claim with Pay Pal, they never responded to Pay Pal either.
I got my refund back through Pay Pal. I can't believe they are in business, a real group of clowns.
Avoid these jokers at all costs. You'll regret it if you don't!

"I ordered a trailtech headlight that I was told was in stock. Long story short 4 months later, no light, no refund, poor to nonexistent communication. I finally had to file a claim w/PayPal to get a refund.... Not a legit business buyer beware.

DON'T, Just don't put yourself through it!

"If you think the prices are to good to be true you are right, If you buy from these guys you are going to have a bad time. I'm down $900 for a part they advertise, don't stock and cannot source. Cannot get a refund as they don't answer emails or communicate. I'd rather spend a weekend at a hotel run by the Taliban than try another purchase through Phat performance. Run far, Run fast!! "

Stay away from these guys

"Do NOT trust these guys. I looked on their site and found what I was looking for " In-stock ". Called to verify they had it and it would ship it immediately. Stated they would ship it within 48 hours. When I called to follow up and get a tracking number, they informed me they didn't have it in stock and that it would be a couple weeks before they would have it. I requested a refund and they promised it with one working day. THAT WAS MORE THAN A MONTH AGO. Every time I call I get the same BS. " Sorry, we'll credit your account immediately. It hasn't happened yet. These folks are scam artists. STAY AWAY"

Stay away!!!

"I was looking for a lepera seat for my Harley and found these guys. Their price was over $50 less than everyone else. The website stated that it shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. I actually called customer service before placing my online order to verify that it would ship in that time frame and they assured me that it probably wouldn't even take that long. After talking to a real person, I placed my order with full confidence. A month later my order status still showed order received waiting to ship. I called customer service and was told that it takes at least 8 weeks to get a seat. I tried to tell them that their website was incorrect and I was actually told by a customer service representative 3 weeks, but I was dismissed and told that they would look into it and call me back. Surprise, surprise. Never got a call back. I called them back a week later and was met with a recording saying that due to high call volume they could not take my call. I tried several more times and kept getting the same message. I emailed them, left messages, Etc. Finally, I called Le Pera directly and asked how long it takes to usually get a seat. That's what part number and informed me that it would ship in a couple of weeks. I called Phat performance back to try and get a clear time frame and was dismissed yet again and told that they would look into it and call me back. Again, never got a call back. I called Le Pera again and let them know that the people representing their parts was putting all the blame on them and was told bye an actual sales manager that they had never received an order for that part number from Phat performance. I was also informed that they had been unable to reach anyone there. Here it is 2 months later and I am having to involve my bank and Visa to attempt to get a refund. Save yourself the trouble and don't be lured in by the low prices. They will take your money and you'll get nothing for it. Absolutely fraudulent company."

Do you feel lucky punk? Do you?

"Let me start by saying I've ordered from here a number of times with no issues, they always have great prices so I kept coming back. Well my luck ran out. I ordered a high flow intake from them and after a few days called to get a tracking number, after a few moments the individual told me "i'm sorry, but we cant ship that to california, do you have another address we can ship it to"? Funny thing is I'm in Arizona, so I was told the person had no idea why the status showed that and would have to check with the person who does orders.

I waited over the weekend and called back and very much seemed like i was an inconvenience, no update to the status so I asked for a refund. No problem, order cancelled, but refunds only happen on Sundays, and only by the owner. I asked for an early refund and was told they would talk to the owner when he came in, at 3:30. I called back at 4:00 (ish) and explained what I was calling for, after a brief hold was told the owner would do the refund tonight or tomorrow. Skip ahead to Wednesday, called to check on the status of my refund, was told refunds are done on Sundays, so I explained again what I was told on Monday and was told I needed to talk to the owner as he does refunds, he will be into work at 3:30. I finally got hold of the owner at about 4:30 and explained by story, he was told that was not acceptable, his system showed the item in stock in a warehouse in Texas and if i still wanted it would get it ordered for me, along with expediting it for my inconvenience. I said great, contact me when you get it ordered, he said absolutely.

Flash ahead to Friday, no email, happy customer service rep looks up my status and tells me they are still waiting to hear from the distributor, if i want to talk to the owner he will be in at 3:30. Call after 3:30, receive an automated message "I'm sorry, but our call volume is high, please call back". Must be a popular place.

So here I am, Monday, waiting for my refund. I did talk to a representative that said my status shows refunded and it usually takes Paypal 24 to 48 hours to refund.

If you're fortunate enough to have no issues with your order this is a great place to score a good price, however.... if you have to interact at all with them you're going to ask yourself is the couple of bucks I'm saving worth the hassle. You make the call.

TERRIBLE

"Ordered clutch parts that were listed "in stock" and typically ships same day. That was now going on five days ago and still no shipment. Also no response to my email asking about shipment and, of course, no response to my telephone call that went to voice mail. I'd have purchased from another vendor but didn't because it was listed as a quick shipment. I tried to cancel but their system wouldn't allow it because my order was too far along in the process. Too far along?? Pick up the box with your hands put it in a box, label it and ship it...too far along my behind. That was two days ago and it still hasn't shipped. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR UNLESS YOU WANT SLOW SHIPPING AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE."

Fraud!

"I placed an order for exhaust for my husbands bike, and my card was charged for over $600 the next day. After finding out the part had been discontinued and that they would not be able to get the part, we canceled the order (which was a runaround). According to their own website, your card is not charged until an order ships, it is only a hold on the account. That is a flat out lie. I have contacted my bank and there was never a hold, the money was taken out of my account. I have an email from the owner, Terry, stating that I would be getting a refund. It has almost been a month since the money was taken out of my account for a part he could not deliver and I have YET to receive a refund. He has ceased returning any phone calls or emails so I was forced to go ahead with fraudulent charges against this company for illegally taking money out of my account and not issuing a refund. Now my bank is going after them. Stay far, far away from this dishonest company!"

Horrendous Customer Service. Terry is a Crook!

"If i could give ZERO stars I would. I custom ordered a C&C motorcycle seat through email with phat performance at a decent price. The seat took well over the quoted time to make/arrive and when it finally showed up, it wasn't even what I initially ordered. When trying to contact PhatPerfomance, I received no responses. Finally over a week later I specifically called and asked for Terry, who had helped me originally. I was toldnhe wouldbgive me a call back, and guess what? He never did. I called again later and the man who answered the phone wasnt the nicest and had a tendency to interrupt me before I even finished my sentence. When finally transferred to Terry, (after being disconnected and having to call back again) he was extremely rude, argumentative and wouldn't except any resibility. He finally cotacted me back and said he will contact the manufacturer. Then over a week with no reply. After multiple times trying to get into contact i finally received an email asking if "I had a picture of how i would like the seat to look." I sent it and now, weeks later again, still no response from Terry or PhatPerfomance. . I don't necessarily think it is their fault the seat was made wrong, but I do 100% believe their horrendous customer service is absolutely their fault. Now I am stuck with a seat i paid a custom-ordered price for, that i don't even want because it's not how I even ordered it!"

Happy!

"I checked their website and found the part numbers for the 4 parts I needed. The website said they were all in stock at this location but I called just to make sure. The person who answered the phone was extremely helpful and said they were all in stock and I placed the order.

He then called back 2 minutes later and said, the computer was wrong, they only have 3 of the 4 in stock, but we can order the fourth and it will be in within a couple days.

I was so impressed that I'll be a returning customer.

Terrible customer service

"Ordered a bunch of parts. Some didn't fit the bike and when I tried to call or email about replacements it took weeks to get a reply and after over 8 months of trying they still never sent me the replacements. I sent the wrong parts back yet they never sent replacements. and they KEPT my money.... Never will use these guys again and will tell everyone I know about their shady business practices."
