"I paid for next day shipping. The Company called me and said I needed to pay an additional $275 shipping because their system didn't calculate it correctly. I told the company they should be responsible for it and that shouldn't be on me. They didn't care. I ended up taking out the item causing the issue from the order, yet I still paid what the shipping coat said it was. To the company's credit, I did receive the remainder on time. The Company also called me the day after my order and wanted me to give my credit card over the phone or email a picture of it and my ID. This is so sketchy and not the proper way to do business."
