"My order was placed on hold so they could ask me my credit card number after i already input it in the website and the charge went through. They say they do that to prevent fraud. They ask you to repeat your card info over the phone to prevent fraud….let that sink in. Terrible customer service. They refused to ship product until i gave them my card info. Absolutely outrageous.
