Voicemails have been left to a generic & practically non-English speaking automated system, and e-mails have been sent, with no response. The status online continues to be "Processing." We're highly dissatisfied and are not sure how the "Testimonials" on the website are legitimate. "

"This basement operation is another instance of getting exactly what you pay for: very little. The rock-bottom price with free shipping was too hard to resist. After two weeks of no delivery and multiple emails requesting a status, I was told the item had shipped on December 21st. Only after subsequently filing a claim with PayPal did I finally receive the tag, bearing a postmark of January 2nd. The steel dog tag I did receive is virtually worthless, as the engraving is so small and shallow that it is close to invisible. I recommend that you save yourself the time and trouble and cough up a few extra dollars for a more professional vendor."
