"I ordered a keychain as a christmas gift for my best friend. In EARLY OCTOBER. It is now less than a week before Christmas AND I STILL HAVE NO KEYCHAIN. What's worse is that I also still have yet to receive any email confirmations, an order number, or a tracking number but I know they took my money because my bank statement says so. I ordered in October, thinking if it came a little late it'd be on time still because early October is well over two months before Christmas. The company has yet to answer any complaints I have sent. This better be the greatest freaking keychain ever created if it's taking them this long and they're so busy working on it at all hours of the day for them to answer my emails and assure me that they didn't just scam me. "The tags themselves are fine, I just got them and put them on my pups so I will update about durability - I was disappointed that I paid for priority 2-3 day shipping and they took 5 days to arrive, but after reading other reviews about people waiting months it looks like that was still a good idea.

What bothers me is the religious pamphlet they chose to include in my order box. I didn't include notes about my lack of religious beliefs anywhere in my order, so why would a company think it's okay to force their religious views on a customer? "I placed a simple order for two dog tags for my two rescues. They have different names. Duh !!! I filled out the application and proofread it twice. I sent it and printed it for safekeeping. The tags arrived promptly but line one has the same dog name printed on it. What idiot printed the same name on two different tags ? Now the company is on vacation and I have to wait another week before I can talk with someone. Why bother with the validation crap if your own employees can't read or fill an order correctly."

05/02: Received my order today. The 1st one didn't arrive but they gave me a one time courtesy since delivery is beyond their control. So I'm somewhat satisfied right now. The tag is cute, clean with nice lettering.
04/25: Nothing guys! Didn't heard anything from them again. Didn't receive my order still. I dont recommend this site. NEVER EVER!

04/21: They replied me thru email saying that they already shipped my order last 04/07. I ask them to please help me track my order atleast. Perhaps they're legit but need to receive my order first to justify it. Hoping to receive my order still.

04/20: Its been 15days now and hasn't receive my order yet. Even if it is a free shipping 15days is too long and what worse is the contact number they provided isn't in service. I'm starting to doubt right now. I'm really dissappointed and wondering if my order is still coming"

"Ordered new dog tag for my pup. Great variety of fonts and engraved pics to choose from. Also, was able to choose color of tag. Engraved on both sides and cost was cheaper than I found anywhere else. Couldn't be happier with this purchase."

"I never received my order & emailed them daily without a response. There phone# is useless as you can't even leave a message. Called Paypal who couldn't get them to respond either & also checked with Better Business Bureau which had 5 no delivery complaints + 4 about service.
12/11/15 Update
I finally got the following email response YESTERDAY, 12/10/15 which read: The shipping is beyond our control if USPS failure to deliver the tags.
Usually USPS will return the tag if they fail to deliver it. But until now I also haven't received the return tag. But, I will give you one time courtesy and send you a new tag.
Which the address that you want me to resend the order?
TODAY (next day after the above email) I FINALLY received the tags! Yeah!!!!!

"Ordered a single tag and it came today 5/8/15. Tag came in a standard envelope with stamps on it with all the necessary rings. Shipping was about par for what you could expect. Overall process was a little ambiguous and not very timely but price was right and the tag seems quality enough. Satisfied customer here."
