"This was my first purchase from Petra's. I have heard the name floating around forums, and was happy to have a chance to order from them. I bought some random small things I needed for a case mod and some cable management.
I used Paypal to pay them. When I checked my e-mail, there was a message from Paypal about a refund. When I checked it out, Petra's had found a better and cheaper shipping solution for me :)
That is just above and beyond any expectations I had.

"I called them to help me select an alternative to my needed EBMPapst fans that were in short supply. After explaining what I needed in a fan they recommended a Scythe SFF21E which was just what I needed for about $25 less per fan if I would have ordered the EBMPapst fans.

So they made a $65 sale and saved me about $60 to boot!
