Beware!

"My order was processed and never arrived. I called and they said it was never processed, yet I had a confirmation. They person said there was no manager there, he just stepped out, but he would investigate and call me back tomorrow. I tried to further explain that after a week I needed this item immediately or a refund to go buy it somewhere else. He said he would walk over to the warehouse and see if it was truly in stock as their website claimed. He was nice but I never received a call back. My calls now just ring for a while then hang up. I have since sent a message to the BBB to get a refund. "

Now I understand the poor reviews

"Received no confirmation or tracking after placing the order online. After calling a couple times, it is apparent that the phone is handled by just one person, sounding like a young man, and one who is not too happy with his job. Because of this, I was somewhat surprised when my order actually did arrive. This was the only site I could find that carried what I wanted, but even so will not bother to use it again.

"I received the new life jacket I purchased last week, and couldn't be happier. The service rep on the phone helped me with the couple sizing questions I had, and it fits my Lab perfectly. I can't wait to show it off at the doggie beach. Price was good, and shipping was fast."

"I should have read the reviews.They are on the money.A pain to deal with.Althought I dont blame customer service.Its policy that stinks.I had absolutely NO paperwork in my box to get an RMA online.I could not logon to the site. I paid $20. more than other stores and they wanted a 20% restocking charge for a damaged item and insisted my problem was with the mfg. Drinkwell,where I should return the damaged item."

"Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT do business with this bunch of clowns. Best I can tell, it's a bunch of 20-something guys who truly could not care LESS about whether you actually receive the item you pay for. Horrible, horrible to do business with. Extremely rude and even yelled at me when I called to ask why my dog gate never arrived. As of today, they refuse to refund my money, even though I have NOT received the item. They say it's not their problem, it's a UPS problem that it hasn't been delivered and when asked for help, they tell me there's nothing they can do. Mind boggling that they are in business. I'm alerting the Governor's office of Consumer Affairs in Florida. (which is where they claim they are located)"

"Very hard to deal with:
They broke two promises.
Hung up on me twice-Even as frustrated as I was I never treated Phillip without the respect he may or may not have deserved, as mad as I may have been, I never yelled or used foul language, although I did hear him talking about me in the background. (And He did use foul language)
I could hear the guy who hung up on me the first time talking about me in the background.
They never sent emails or called, after over a month of trying to just get my order
Lied to me.
Will not be back, thought everything very unprofessional.

"Terrible company. I ordered a dog bath at what seemed like a reasonable price compared to other online stores. After my purchase the communication stopped. I emailed customer service a few days later asking when my order would be shipped and received no response. Getting concerned about no feedback on shipping, I finally called them a week after the purchase. "Oh, that is on back order." I thought, yeah thanks for letting me know upfront about the delay that was likely to end up being a 3+ weeks shipping wait. I canceled the Pet Street Mall order and had to pay a higher price at another vendor. The other vendor confirmed the item was in stock at the time of my purchase and delivery is expected in a week. I would warn others away from this merchant, they are customer NO SERVICE."

"I have to warn everyone NOT To DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY because customer service is NUL .
I ordered doggles for my pitbull instead I got goggles that suit a mouse. The quality of the product is very bad . When I called to have them exchanged,the person who answered ( after keeping me waiting for 10 minutes ) said they will charge me 20% of the cost .
Don't get fooled by their prices or their free shipping .These people are after your money.
I Will NEVER DEAL with THEM anymore.

"I'll make this short and sweet. This vendor has a very enticing website with competitive prices, and free shipping on some items or when orders exceed $50. However, THEY DO NOT INDICATE ON THE WEBSITE WHEN AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK OR BACKORDERED, and they do not inform you of this during or after the sales process. The item I ordered was backordered and not due in for over a month, and there was absolutely no communication from Pet Street Mall indicating this. For this reason alone, I recommend you stay far away from this vendor."

"I bought a pet fountain from them and received no tracking number or other info that it had been shipped. Finally I wrote them and they wrote back with tracking info and I did receive the item. 2 weeks later it developed a crack and starts leaking water. They would not help me in any way. So I have to deal with manufacturer and they are hard to locate."

"Beware of the return policy. I accidentally ordered the wrong crate. When I called, they were abrupt and advised to fill out the return authorization request form. Today it appears my card was credited however they deducted their 20% restocking fee and the initial shipping cost.

The $30 pet crate ended up costing me $13.53 in original shipping, $6.00 in restock fees, & $20 UPS return shipping for a total of $39.53. Lessons learned: Look at the store's return policy (their "no hassle" policy just means you'll pay $$$ to return it) & triple check before clicking buy!

"I have never experienced anything like this before! Customer service was beyond rude. They said that my package had been shipped, but we have not even been charged for the product. I called the post office and they said that that tracking number does not even exist. I would NEVER EVER deal with this company! I will be contacting better business in regards to this issue, and I encourage others to do the same! "

"I chose Pet Street Mall based on the ratings I saw here and elsewhere. Unfortunately, this company did not live up to the ratings given. Oh they were quick enough to charge my credit card and send me the invoice. Unfortunately, I received no notifications as to when I might receive my item. I checked online often to see if shipping information was listed, nothing. After 7 days, I finally called. The first call was not answered after 20+ rings. The second call was picked up by an automated system and I waited in the hold loop for 15 minutes. When I finally reached someone and gave them my order number, I was told that the item was on backorder and they were not sure when they would have another one. I was never notified that the item was on back order. Had I not called I guess I would never have known. Huge profit on undelivered items..."

"I ordered several pet gates from them. One of them was on backorder, although when I ordered it, it said it was in stock. On top of that, when it did arrive, it was severely damaged by UPS. When I called to get a replacement, they told me I would have to wait a month, or buy a new one while I was waiting for the return to process. I asked them to expidite shipping and they said I'd have to pay $70 to do it. Then when I tried to get info on how to return the broken one, they hung up on me twice. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! They don't care about the customer at all."
