"Use caution when ordering from this company. They don't respond to emails. Attempting to check order status through my account results in my browser timing out. Use a credit card company that issues a chargeback if your order is delayed or arrives defective."

"Do not buy anything from these people. My order was shipped timely no problem there. I ordered a wooden pet gate. It is already broken after three weeks. I called for a replacement or upgrade to something that might actually last, and was informed they just sell the stuff not warrantey it. I was told I had to call the manufacturer even though I didnt buy it from the maker. I called the number I was given and, can you believe it, customer service has voice mail ! Still waiting for that call to be returned. The worst customer service I have experienced. Stay away from Pet Street Mall"

"This company treats you very very poorly. They are sarcastic and rude. I ordered a product, received damaged, put in a return request, never received a response, after repeatly emailing and calling I received a snippy response, saying my item was not returnable and I had to contact the manufacturer, they would not issue a refund or accept product returned. I repeat never deal with this company, and I will certainly tell everyone I can regarding the poor customer service. Someone needs to restructure."

"Terrific prices, and very fast shipping. They had a good special on dog containment fences - the best prices on the web that I could find. Plus they shipped free, and I received it (across the country) in less than a week."

"I returned a purchase made from this company and was treated very poorly. The item came with free shipping and I paid for the return postage. The company deducted the original shipping charge from the credit and charged a 20% restocking fee even after the return was discussed with the customer service rep who assured me there would be no restocking fee. The customer service rep was slow to reply and the credit required numerous phone calls. Not what I would call an experience to instill confidence in a seller."
