"PFD has the absolute worst possible customer service and not a shred of integrity. I have been shopping around for the best price for the large amounts of high quality pet food I feed and have found that the local pet supply stores are less expensive than PFD however when I started to cancel my PFD autoship order the site offered me a 15% discount as well as the free shipping that I was already receiving so I accepted and continued ordering for another month. When I checked back after the order was shipped I found that they had revoked the 15% discount, so I called. The representative was very rude and told me that it was impossible to have both free shipping and the 15% discount. Since it still showed the both on an unshipped order I told him to just look there. He continued to deny the truth and when I refreshed the page it was gone, HE DELETED IT! I told him I would be going to my local pet store from now on and hung up. He then deleted all my remaining autoship orders and cleared most of the info from my account including all my "reward" points that I could have used as a discount."

"Last SEVERAL orders were horrible! So much so that I'm looking for a new online store to replace them. You don't discover that you WON'T receive items you ordered until the box(es) arrive without said items thus not reliable. Even when you oder by phone & ask to verify that items are in stock! Ordering online NEVER indicates if an item is out of stock! I've been charged for both shipping weight & items that were not received & had to dispute this over the phone to receive refund. In short, to save time, find a different company to buy from! Beware of Pet360 as they are the same company!!!"

"PetFoodDirect refused to honor a Groupon I purchased for them, even after I called them to resolve it. I would not trust this merchant to honor their agreements or back up their products. There are many other places to purchase pet product, choose one that is more trust worthy. I would have given no stars, since I was not even able to place an order, and I now lost the money I spent on the Groupon."

"after two weeks or so, I finally called. The UPS tracking number I was given was a default of some kind and the items had never been shipped to me.
The customer service person was fine dealing with the problem so I will wait and see if I get the product I ordered.

"I was only unhappy with the special offers that were emailed to me but didn't apply to my diabetic dog purchases. Give people with unhealthy dogs a break too. $160 for his insulin alone without monitors, syringes, glucose strips, lab tests, lancets, diabetic dog food, etc.
Give us a break cause we need it!
