"No matter how many times I have told PetCareRx that my vet does not have a fax machine, every time I order a new medication that requires veterinarian approval, a couple days later I get an email saying the vet has not responded to their fax request so they will try calling the vet's office for approval. Aaarrgghh!!! Things would progress much faster if they took note from my numerous previous messages that the vet's office does not have a fax machine, so they should start by calling the vet's office.
Other than this ongoing frustration, I am well satisfied with PetCareRx products and prices. "

"I had placed a prescription order online which normally gets approved quickly. There was a delay with my vet's approval (for once to my advantage!) and in the meantime I needed to change the size of the order. I called customer service and they were able to cancel the original which had just been approved, update and get the new order put through without issue. I've dealt with PetCareRXcustomer service a few times over the years and it is always superior, reps are pleasant and understanding of pet people needs!"
