"I am so happy with the urn I purchased for my father's ashes. This urn is truly beautiful! In ordering this, I had forgotten to put the dates I needed on the ordering slip for the plaque that comes with the purchase. I immediately replied with an email from my confirmation email from the company explaining my error, provided the dates and asked that they are added to the plaque engraving. It was late so I went to bed. The following morning there was a reply to my request, they added the dates with no problems or fees and asked me to call to confirm, in which I did. In that phone call, the customer service was excellent. I decided to pay extra at that point to expedite my purchase for shipping only because I had a deadline I had to keep for our memorial service. I received the urn 2 days earlier than quoted and again am so happy with the purchase and customer service. So many compliments were stated about how beautiful the urn is. Was assured all 3 items will be shipped and arrive on time. When I received shipment sure enough I was missing 1 of my items. My daughters pendent was missing. She was devastated she didn’t have it for her grandmothers funeral. Hard enough we were grieving the loss of my mother this didn’t make it any easier. They did ship it overnight but it was too late. The funeral home offered to let us drop it off that Monday and they would put the ashes for us... beautiful jewelry though. Very satisfied with the product. "

"Death can be one of the hardest things to deal with. Especially when you have to plan & arrange the funeral. Using Perfect Memorials took a large part of that stress away. I ordered the main urn, and then followed up a few days later with 2 smaller urns so that my brother and I could both have some of our father's ashes. The turn around and shipment times on both orders was incredible. I highly recommend them to everyone; but especially to those who may never have had to arrange a funeral.
