Luckily he was able to find the dog tag containing his grandfathers ashes! I can’t image if he had lost the dog tag urn because of a cheap chain. I am relieved but disappointed. I hope the company will replace with a higher quality chain at no cost. "
"I won't be buying anything from perfect memorials Ever Again!! The customer service rep basically called me a liar and/or stupid because they sent me the wrong sized chain for my husband. The last thing I needed to worry about was dealing with rude and ignorant behavior after the death of my youngest son!! Even after complaining, I received no apology at all. DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. There are plenty of sites out there that do great work and don't treat grieving parents horribly!!!"
