" First, the website is excellent. It's very easy to use, and shows other parts related to part you've searched for. When I was unsure about a part I'd searched for the phone was answered quickly and the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful.
I ordered my parts on Monday (12-15) using the website around 5:30pm Central time (3:30 their time) and opted for 3-day shipping. The confirmation email came immediately, then I got another at 9pm Central time letting me know the order was being processed and including order tracking links.
Wednesday afternoon (12-17) the parts were on my doorstep. I was very impressed having just placed the order two days ago (and in the afternoon). The packing was good, and the smaller parts (some O-rings) were each in their own big plastic bags so as not to be easily lost.
Earlier today I took the time to fill out their online survey letting them know how pleased I was with the entire experience. A few hours later I got a very pleasant response from Judy thanking me for my comments - not only do they read customer comments but they also take the time to reply.
The prices are great, the processing is fast, and the customer service is exemplary. Without a doubt I will be buying from them again. "
