"Occasionally you get a defective part and usually one has to struggle to get a replacement. Not so with PartsPeople. They confirmed the defect/damage and sent a replacement right out. They asked me to hold the defective part for a few weeks in case their provider needed proof. All good. Thank you PartsPeople for making my day a bit better. The replacement has bene installed and returned to my friend in excellent working order.
