"Ordered total of 7 caps and 3 resistors. Call them before the cut-off time for UPS, to make changes on my order. They refuse to accomodate and stated that UPS had left for the day and that my package was gone. Next email from Chris Johnson the owner of the company, we will call UPS to get the package back and cancel your order. I never stated that i want to cancel the order. They charge my Credit Card, held my funds for 5 days without shipping the products. Finally i went to my bank and file an international claims for Fraudulent business practices. Never again, will i do business with Parts Connexion, Chris Johnson is a fish-and-bait person, very shady, and in general the business has bad practice! "
"I saw their ad for a Burson Conductor at 51% off ($800 savings!) plus the addition of pre-outs for $99 more, and free usb upgrade. Seemed to good to be true, but I called twice, they patiently answered all my questions, there was a new Conductor coming out etc, they had two left. Did not know anything about the company but found favorable posts on Audiogon going back many years, and they were listed as a dealer on Burson's website.
I pulled the pin, and asked they they notify me if they could not get it to me before I left for my vacation in 10 days (shipped from Canada to California cheapest by ground). I called the shipping number and they assured me it would not be a problem. They shipped the next day, with tracking number sent, upgraded the shipping as the website had stated, the unit was extremely well packed and everything I had hoped for. Will order from again!
