"Ordered four wheel rotors and disk pads as a kit. Came in and started installing them. Installed rear first as that was disk pad box I picked up first. Then install front rotors and grab box for front pads. Turned it over to get them and box top was ripped almost all the way off and one set of pads were missing. Called customer service and did not get satisfactory answers.
Received call from management when warehouse customer service would not help. He was very apologetic for original customer service. Explained they have no control over warehouse customer service. Corrected the problem with complete satisfaction!!!
