"I ordered a engine bay wiring harness for my 88 Chevy c2500 truck. I called them to confirm it was right. They said it was. I get a harness for a 97 ls1 . A month later I’m trying to find the right harness and I forgot I ordered the last one from you guys. So again, I ask if it’s the correct harness and they say yes. Again same wrong harness. I try to return them and they say they won’t take them if the box has been opened!!! I explained I had to open it to see they were wrong. He has me on hold for 10 minutes to ask a supervisor if it’s ok to accept the return. He says he’ll send me a link to return it. I take all the pictures explain what’s wrong 3 days later I get an email saying I haven’t responded so there going to close my case!!! I am so tired of being put through all this crap cause you guys made two mistakes!!! If this isn’t resolved I will just contact American Express!!!!"
