"I ordered a brake caliper for a Mazda CX5, feeling good about the price and availability that I would be safely on my way with my brake repair. Receiving the part in a timely manner and it looked brand new, even though it was rebuilt.
Installed on my vehicle, fit and finish looked promising. Upon bleeding the brakes and then applying moderate brake pressure fluid started pouring out of the back of the caliper, right where the parking brake pulley is attached. Immediately asked for a replacement, they claimed they had escaladed my case to their "Concern Department"
Well the concern department took 1 week from seeing a video of the defect to react.. doesn't feel very concerned to me. I reached out every day, even asking to talk to someone at the concern department but was told their phone lines were down. After a week they sent me a return slip and packing label.. Maybe it's a lesson learned not to purchase rebuilt brake parts but PartsAvatar could of done better. "
