"I placed an order for front and rear rotors and pads and also e brake shoes. I was billed for the entire order. I was informed a couple days later that all was shipped. When I dove into the shipping the front rotors were not in the shipment. If PA had informed me of the no stock condition I would have selected a comparable set of rotors but they didn't inform me. With no phone number for customer service I spent way tooo long on their chat just to get the info of the part I had ordered was out of stock. I was assured I would be reimbursed , which I have been , but why charge me in the first place for parts they can't deliver. I'm not sure I'll be repeat customer after this. They could have done much more. People also need a way to directly talk when issues arise."

Edit to respond to PartsAvatar reply: My issue is NOT with the speed of the ground service courier, but with the timeline of actually getting the in-stock parts out the door once ordered! A 48+ hour delay in shipping AFTER an order is placed (11am EST on a Monday) is why there's an issue. Still good parts at good prices, but do NOT be in a rush for them is the lesson I've learned here."
