"I found PartAdvantage.com due to their good prices for Weber parts (esp. the hard to find thermometer). The bad on-line reviews turned me off, but after reading through the site it seems legit and worth a shot. Some people had good experiences. I placed the order. Got an order email confirmation immediately and my credit card was charged. The next day I got a shipping email notice with tracking info. Received product 3 days later. Product was packaged well. Very satisfied."

"I ordered a GE Dryer Timer cost $179.96 with shipping. I was sent the wrong timer, the part number listed on the website was correct, but wrong part. I called GE and they told me the part number is correct, but wrong part. I was given a RMA, I paid for shipping to return the Timer and it has been a month and a half now and I have not received a refund or a response from anyone regarding the timer. I tried contacting them, no one answers the phone and I have been emailing them daily. They have the worst customer service and they are theives. Order from someone else and pay the extra few bucks, at least you will be treated better. I usually order from Part Select and they are great. I don't have any problem reaching someone by phone or email. I even returned a part once and didn't have any problems. Part Advantage is the worst."
"Purchased an electronic controller board for my ice maker. I noticed you could not return the board if you didn't like it, but you could get a replacement if you got a bad one. I paid $118 vs $150-$171 at other sites. The order went through without a hitch. Received the board within 4 working days. I could follow the shipping progress via UPS. I had a good experience with ordering from Part Advantage."

I guess paying low prices for quality merchandise is a trade-off for receiving spam. I couldn't prove it before, but now I'm POSITIVE they are the source. "Buyer BEWARE!! I was sent a different part, and missing some at that, than ordered. This part will not fit my appliance. When I called to explain I needed to return it, they hung up on me and will not answer the phone. Now I am stuck with a 49.00 part, I can't use. I would expect such a thing overseas, but not the USA, especially in Indiana. Very, very poor customer service. There are much better appliance parts suppliers to deal with, but I thought I would try them. Never again!!!"
"don't buy anything from these crooks. I did an RMA part return of a completely unused part, and they said it was used and worn. They lied to me and never sent me the RMA part back. I wasted shipping out, shipping back, plus part cost which was a total of $24. this company is bad and they are thieves. don't buy from them at all. my solid recommendation."
"The website isn't the newest and prettiest, but everything else was great. The price of my part was $20 cheaper than anyone else, my order was received two days after it was placed, and unlike the other reviewers, I did receive a shipping confirmation and UPS tracking number. I would definitely use this site again for purchasing appliance parts."
