"This seller has a good price for an item that was "in stock" with 10 available. I ordered 2 of them and 6 days after ordering they informed me via email that it was "backordered" because it is "in high demand". Come on! Proliant rails are not in high demand nor should they be hard to find. About 2 weeks later I recieved an email notifying me that the item has been discontinued. Proliant doesn't discontinue parts unless they are replaced with another spare part... so got he "sorry" letter from them. DO NOT BUY from this company!!! I should have heeded the warnings and not wasted 4 weeks of my life waiting on them."

"Ordered 3 parts. Then back-ordered the 2 I wanted, and sent me the $1 part with $8 shipping. They said there would be no additional shipping for the other parts. After not hearing from them for almost a month, I contacted them for status. They had to check and wouldn't get back to me, I had to call again. After calling back, they said the parts wern't available. I told them this $1 part (for $9) is silly with out the others they said they would credit my account. It's been almost two months, and still no credit. When I call they use the same ploy of having to contact someone else for the status, so I get to call again. They were able to charge my card in a day, but can't give me my credit within a month? Not good.

"WARNING: Done waste your time or money!
Should have heeded other ratings, ordered intel Q6600 Processor and recieved an email a week later telling me that my order had been canceled due to intel upingg the price of the part to $534.40 from the $209.99 they had listed on thier website, which i might add, intels MSRP of this proc is $299 per 1000. they are charging nearly double for a refurb product! my real gripe is that they canceled my order due to a pricing error on THIER end! any legitamate company would have honored their listed price once an order already placed if they changed the price.

"We are contacting you today to inform you that your order has been cancelled due to a price error. We have received an update from the manufacturer that the new cost of your part is $534.40." (they raised the price of a refurbished product to double that of the retail part?)

"Your current order has been cancelled. Should you like to reorder" (at the new super inflated price) ", please feel free to contact us at 1-***-***-****."

needless to say im taking my business elsewhere, avoid this shady opperation like all the reviews say!

"I was a little wary of buying from this store due to the lifetime rating but decided to give it a try due to the recent ratings and good value. I ordered a washing machine gasket and universal remote control (to get over the $50 amount for free shipping)
The gasket was shipped the same day as I ordered and arrived right on schedule. The remote was backordered but I was informed within a day and it has since shipped. I got a tracking number for both items (and not one that simply said the shipment had been prepared)

Positives: price, communication, didn't hold up the order waiting for the backordered part to be available
Negatives: charged tax, one item was backordered

"This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have had with an online retailer. I ordered the part over the phone, but could just have as easily ordered it via their site (and gotten free ground shipping), but wanted to talk to a parts expert. They ordered the correct part, shipped the wrong part. I called to get a new part shipped and was told that I would have to buy the correct part (again) and pay for shipping (again) and pay tax to a company that doesn't reside in my state (again) and they were not willing to even throw in the free ground shipping they were offering everyone else. Even argued that if they gave it to me "where would we draw the line?" I told them only with the people to whom they ship the wrong part. I eventually got them to agree to give me free ground shipping. They claimed it would be charged and credited back (it wasn't credited). I sent the wrong part back and they have not credited me. I received the replacement part and it was incorrect as well. They had the stones to tell me that I could return that one, (eventually) get credit, buy another one (again), pay shipping (again) and tax (again) and see what I got. I decided to dispute all the charges and let them deal with the bank. I also found the part on another site for $50 less."

"If anyone is considering ordering parts from this store, DON'T! Look at the blogs and how many are dissatisfied compared to how many are satisfied. I ordered a part for my LG dryer and they didn't send me all three parts. We received two of the three parts within a week, but I still have not received the part that they agree to have forgotten. It's been almost a month now since the original order was placed, and the whole time we have been without a dryer. They have been very difficult to work with. This company has the same problems for several years and does not care enought to make changes. This is poor management from the top."

"Buyer Beware!!! This place is a ripoff of the first magnatude. They charge "taxes" to out of state consumers, they bait and switch, and if they don't send you your parts and cancell your order they balk at giving you a refund claiming they have only placed a "hold" on your card. This is a lie, I checked with my financial institution and the transaction had cleared! So now I guess I will be giving these crooks an intrest free loan for the duration! TWO THUMBS DOWN!!!!"

"Ordered what I thought was a remote control. Turns out they snuck a 'S/M' in front of the model number. So it turned out to be a service manual, not a remote. The service manual consists of a single zeroxed page that says service manual and has a small parts list table of 5 items in the center. That was $6 plus $7.45 shipping and handling. Their return policy conveniently states no returns allowed for manuals. So That's $13.45 I'll never see again. This is borderline fraud in my opinion. But I guess I'm partially to blame because they didn't have a clear description of what was being purchased."

"Ordered a Minolta Flash unit from them which showed on there web site with "24 hours shipping). I also ordered 2 day shipping. 5 days latter there was still no shipping notice and after 3 calls to their CS number they can not explain problem or provide expected ship date although they insisted that the item was in stock at the problem was "at the warehouse."

When I finally gave up and instructed them to cancel the order the last guy I spoke to tells me to accept the order when it arrives and call them for an RMA number. It was only after I advised them that I would refse the order and have them charged back via the credit card that they finally canceled the order. The only reason to suggest this for an unshipped order is to enable them to charge you shipping and possibly a restocking fee, and, of course, play the float with you money while they delay, as long as possible, crediting you the balance.

Would advise potential customers to shop elsewhere.

"I ordered an USB Cradle and was sent the usb cradle operating instructions. I called to explain that I wanted the usb cradle and was told that I could return it and that I would be refunded the full amount excluding the tax and shipping.

I called to complain and was told by the customer service rep that the mistake was mine for ordering the usb cradle operating instructions. The rep also bothered to tell me that she can't honor her word of refunding me the return shipping because her hands are tied by the accounting department.

To summarize:
