"A few months ago I became a customer of PandaHall. I have seen their ads online over the past decade but only recently started shopping here. So far everything has been fantastic and I’ve enjoyed the products. After my first purchase, i quickly returned. The only negative comment I have to say is the same reason why it took me so long to start shopping here - shipping to the US is expensive. When I first started making jewelry for a living, I couldn’t afford to order supplies from here due to the high shipping costs. Now that I have more income and learned this company is reliable, I can afford to order these wholesale items. There’s nothing abnormal about their shipping costs, these are standard international shipping rates. However, the US rates seem to be by weight only and I only wish there was a cheaper flat rate option by volume. That said, everything else has been a great experience. Packages all arrived safely and well organized. They included a printed invoice with images - very helpful having this sheet with large orders to check inventory and ensure all items arrived. Customer service has been fast and informative answering any questions. I have placed at least 7 orders so far and will definitely be returning… maybe right now while their sale continues. Purchases have been smooth transactions. Experienced only one issue with payments - Be sure to sign into your paypal account if using a credit card via paypal, otherwise your order might be on hold & delayed shipping. I made that mistake my first order, but signing into paypal easily prevented this with all other orders. Items have lived up to their photos on listings and arrived as expected. Colors match as well as web-only colors allow. Overall everything has been great value and quality. Very happy customer, will shop again soon! "
