"My experience ordering from Panda Hall has been great! I just placed my 4th order with them, and am anticipating its arrival! I have mainly purchased various different gemstone beads from them, spacer beads, and some charms. So far all that I have received have been great! Most are similar to the pictures, however I have had some where the colors do not match. (beads were supposed to be yellow, but were more green) However they were still good, and I was able to find a different use for them. Their prices are great! I do recommend purchasing products that have customer reviews if its your first time ordering. Shipping is good, I think the pricing is fair, however the tracking is a little funky, but it makes for a surprise package arrival which is always fun! Everything is wrapped to protect your product well! Out of the hundreds of beads I've ordered, I have only receive one damaged one (as in one singular bead which was broken in half) I did have to cancel an order once, and their customer service team responded fast, and everything worked out great! So far, I really like PandaHall and recommend it!"

"I have been buying from PandaHall for years and have never been disappointed with my orders. The products always match the description and nothing is ever missing in the order. When placing an order, they let you know quickly if an item is short stocked and give a 20% discount on an alternate item. The process is easy to pick a replacement or you can choose a refund instead. It has only happened a couple times in all my orders and it is when an item is on clearance and indicated stock was low.
Customer Service is responsive and quick to answer any questions.
