"Had not been in a Palais Royal store in years, had a credit card but it was cancelled from lack of use. My sister had a stroke then came down with alzheimer's so it is somewhat challenging to shop with her. Need new clothes for upcoming social event plus from the weight loss she has experienced. Was going to drive into Clear Lake to shop then remember that we had the Palais Royal store down the street and wanted to shop local in League City. The associate that rung us up was extremely helpful in helping us save money and explaining savings and discounts. Wonderful experience. HOWEVER SURVEY Requires answer to question 37 and only choices are two that don't apply to me. I answered 1 but I've not been in a Palais Royal store in over 4-5 years."

"We had a sensor that was accidentally looked over and after going over the items we purchased was still missed. We found it when we got home in our baby girl's outfit and will have to return to have it removed.
