"At the time there was only on sales associate and she was at cosmetics. She was checking out a family with 5 kids and a stack of clothes. She was very patient and told me several time she would be with me and if I was okay. Even though I had to wait a while for her to get finished with them so I could purchase my makeup, she made the wait enjoyable. I was impressed with her patients."
