"The employees are always friendly and professional. The store is always clean. However, there are little to no dresses for women in sizes 4 and 6. The stores for purchasing fine clothing is limited, your buyers are missing the mark by NOT purchasing dresses and suits and classic pumps! This city has FEW stores for purchase find clothing and Palais could easy oust the other stores by rethinking what is sent to THIS store. I have been searching for classy black dresses and white dresses or suits. I don't like having to drive to HOUSTON all the time to shop. I live here!"

"The associate, Leticia (#002308722) was the kindest and most caring associate that has helped me at ANY store. I had a major problem trying to purchase the products online. I was trying to purchase an item I had seen in my store in the wrong size. My card had been closed this year for lack of use, but I was never told it was closed. I was trying to use my card to get a discount on the products. I was on the line with 6 different numbers for almost an hour to try to solve the problem so I could purchase my items before the sale ended. After about the 5th number I called, I was told to apply for a new card. So I did. I was accepted, but was not given a card number supposedly for my protection. But this did not help me purchase my items before the sale ended because it would take up to 2 weeks before I could get a card. If I had known that my account had been closed, I would have applied for one again long before this day. Anyway, I called the 1st number (customer service catalog I believe) back to see if they could get the number so I could purchase my items. She was the same person I had spoken with before, and she was very nice.but she couldn't get my card number so I was sent back again to card services. Finally I was told to go to my store and they could get my number and place my order. That's when I met Leticia. Unfortunately, she was't able to find my number either. All she could see was my closed account. She showed my much empathy and ended up calling a numbers. She was very patient. One person told her to have me do another application, so we did, but that wouldn't go through and Leticia was back on the phone. At this point I had decided never to purchase anything again from your store. I am not sure what happened, but in the end, Leticia was able to make the purchase online for me and I was given the discount. She was amazing. I wish all associates were just like Leticia. You are lucky to have her working at your store. I will definitely be back again."
