"Aisles were very cluttered however there was a large sale going on and that may have contributed. Many items on sale rack unorganized and I could not reach or see them. Shoes were a disheveled mess. However the major issue was that only one employee out of the 6 i later saw was at the register when we got ready to check out. All other employees were in some room at back of store and when that employee REPEATEDLY called for an additional person to clear something for the customer in front of me no one showed up. She called over the loudspeaker at least 5 times and then finally went and got someone. They left right after that transaction and when needed again this time I went and got help. Additionally the dressing room was very warm and uncomfortable Also question 37 and 36.2 on this questionnaire requires I answer. I’ve NEVER been to one of your stores. I had to enter a false answer to proceed"
