"I always like the store but sometimes for a large size woman I am there isn’t a variety of selections to choose from. There needs to be a better selection."
"My only complaint is the there is way too much merchandised squeezed onto the racks making it difficult to look at the merchandise. In addition this store has outgrown its capacity for merchandise. the aisles are cramped and difficult to maneuver around. I have actually turned my head while looking at a shirt and bonked myself in the head because the fixtures are so crammed together."

"My experience was fantastic aside from the associate. I had to wait at the counter where there was no line and then was not even formally greeted when she decided to come over. I was told I needed to choose 3 free samples of magazines but was not told that it would be tied to my credit card and when I told her I don't want it due to the credit card she said too late she had already put it through so I just spent the previous 30 min on the phone with the magazine company trying to get it cancelled. This strongly discourages me from shopping there and using Palais royal deals in the future if I'm not going to be told who they are giving my credit card information to before doing so."
