"The associate who helped me today was exceptionally helpful and nice. Because of her, I left feeling very happy and pleased with my shopping trip. She made up for the less-than nice treatment I received at my last visit! At my last visit, the associate angered me. At checkout, I asked if perhaps there were any coupons that had gone out lately that I might have at home because I didn't have them with me. Her response was I have no way of knowing what you have at home! Seriously, that is exactly what she said to me! All of the associates are usually so helpful and this bordered on rude. I'll see if I can find my receipt and fill out survey on her."
