I only purchased from them because it said it was a Yahoo store so I felt safe .. They pay you money to use your name so you are partially liable. I have already tried twice to contact their email with no response. I expect you to do something about it .. Refund my money and add it to their bill.

If I bought something from an EBay store they would certainly intervene.!

"ORDERED ITEMS - NEVER RECEIVED - NO COMMUNICATION I ordered from Pakayas on Dec 4th and paid for expedited shipping, just to make sure that these items would get here in time for Christmas. I ordered a Lego set and 2 Wii games for my husband, it is his first Christmas home after spending over a year in Afghanistan. The day after I ordered I got an e-mail from Sharon stating the items were not available for expedited shipping, and my order was on hold until they heard from me if standard shipping was OK. I e-mailed right away saying that standard shipping was fine. I never heard anything. A week later I e-mailed again asking what the status of my order was. Nothing. I e-mailed a third time asking if they were going to ship them or not. Once again, nothing. I called my credit card company and they never charged my card. Then my order status was changed to canceled. By now it is too late to order these items for my husband for Christmas, and now one of the Lego sets is sold out everywhere. I am extremely disappointed. This probably the worst customer service I have ever gotten online. Now my husband is getting almost nothing for Christmas (just a small package from Amazon - they ship their packages). Pakayas and Sharon should be ashamed."

"I can ditto most of what everyone else here has said. I placed my order on Nov 30, received the email on about Dec 4 saying it would ship in 5-10 days, etc. I did some research & wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I've emailed them twice (and a few other times when the emails were rejected) and tried calling the number on their site but it says it's not a working number. Today I still have no product and am totally convinced of the negative reviews posted here. I've placed a dispute with my credit card company. Bottom line: THIS IS A SCAM. "

"Ok, I made an order on December 7th. Credit card charged immediately. I received the notorious e-mail that my order had been shipped on December 10th. Christmas season or not, it does not take 10 days to get from Florida to New York. I get packages from overseas that arrive faster than that! As you can imagine I am still waiting for the package and now, not expecting it at all. I wish I had used my senses and reviewed the website in the first place then I would have realized NOT to order from them. I knew the price was too good to be true. I agree with another reviewer that states that anybody that has placed a good review of this company, are part of the scamming company! Seriously, some of the stories are just a little too far fetched! So overall I am just angry with myself for not doing my research properly, I'm going to stick with Amazon, ebay and other companies that I am familiar with from now on. On a good note, PayPal were fantastic to work with, the gentleman I spoke with has already filed a dispute for me and apparently if they don't get a response within 11 days I will get a full refund! Now, that is a good company!! I am just happy the item I ordered was not a terribly expensive item. However, I will be watching my credit card closely for a while, if not replacing it! Also, I can't believe I have now spent so much time on this issue, when I thought it was just a simple order for one of my daughters for christmas!

"This is not a store. It's a scam. I tried purchasing a Mario DS game and they sent me a paypal confirmation even though I didn't pay through paypal. They won't return e-mails, they won't return phonecalls/answer the phone. This is a fraud website. Yesterday, there was someone who tried to charge my CC for $2,100. Luckily my card denied the transaction. But I have to get a new card!!
I hope whoever is behind it gets caught and goes to jail.

OH and any positive review of this site... I guarantee is the actual scammer. One of the re viewer's names (Britesun) is the name of the paypal person whom I got the confirmation back from. DO NOT TRUST the positive reviews!! They are fake. No way has this company been around for two years. I bet it's only been here for two months.

"THIS IS A SCAM!!
Ordered wii fit plus. Paid but never recieved anything. No tracking number , no customer service no email. You can not contact this "company" as the numer and email on their website is fake. Oh and I just checked the website..it doesn't exist anymore!! I guess someone got scared and ran!!
I am getting the money back from my bank and they are tracking down the owners of the company. Hopefully they won't be able to rob anyone else. The few good reviews on this site..common we all know they were written by the company itself!!! We contacted "Better business bureau" and they have no record of a company called pakayas!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

"This website is HORRIBLE. Their customer service e-mail does not work, the phone number goes straight to voice mail, and money has been taken out of my account. I have no way of tracking my so called order and as of now I'm 99% positive that website is a scam. I received an e-mail from pay-pal saying that my payment had gone through and the contact information for the merchant included the following:

"I first ordered from them on December 1st. I've never ordered from them so I was a little skeptical because they had such good prices. I checked with McAfee's website and they said they were legit. Also they were using Yahoo check out so I assumed they were legit. I got a confirmation email and a tracking number in a few days. Everything looked legit. I was tracking the package but mysteriously it said my address was undeliverable and it was sent back. Needless to say, I was upset. But the next day they refunded my paypal account. I thought it was an innocent mistake and I reordered from them but this time one of my items went up in price. I wrote to the customer service and they gave me a refund for the difference in price. It took about a week and I got two of my orders via Amazon. Kind of weird. Why did it arrive via Amazon? I still haven't received one of my items yet. This all seems kind of fishy. Thank god I used Paypal. If I don't get my third item I can get a refund no problem from Paypal. I'm reading all these horror stories and it is similar to my first experience. If they want people to keep coming back to their website they need to do a much better job."

"I will never order from this site again. I placed an order on November 30th for an item that listed as in stock. I received a confirmation email and a few days later a shipping confirmation so everything looked good. I patiently waited 2 weeks with no delivery. The order status on the site says shipped. I tried the customer service email which doesn't work. I then checked my credit card statement and found that they credited my original charge which sounds fortunate based on the other reviews claiming it's impossible to get a hold of someone. I never received any notice that my order was canceled or couldn't be fulfilled. I got my money back but now am stuck 2 weeks later and need to replace a gift on short notice. I do not recommend shopping here at all. "

"I made the mistake of ordering from this company over the weekend after having found a great deal on an item my daughter wants for Christmas. Shortly after, I received a confirmation email from them stating that the order would "be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days." Being anxious, I figured I'd check up on the order today. The customer service email is no longer operable!! - Got an "undeliverable mailer daemon"!!! Tried to call - got voicemail. Tried a second number I found online - mailbox full. Add to that mysterious changes to the website, NO contact information ANYWHERE on the new site, and no record of my account. Although my card hasn't been charged (thank goodness) I'm a bit peeved that the site seems to have vanished leaving a shell in its place with NO contact information. VERY WEIRD."

"I ordered from this store previously. It had to be earlier this year. Everything went as planned and I received all of my purchases in time and in satisfactory timing. This time, I ordered some Christmas gifts for my neices who are going to be staying with us. Item never showed. I jumped the gun and thought they didnt ship or got me for my cash. I turned out to be wrong. I didn't think to contact my shipping store. I contacted pakayas over and over and did not get anyone. Voicemails were repeatedley left. Finally someone returned my call, stating they are turning the business over to a new management team. Apparantly they sold the business and a new team is taking over. The new owners are taking over after Christmas. I even visited the site and it is completely different. anyway, I didn't get an answer as to the whereabuots of my package. so i contact USPS later that day. They seemed to have been holding my package there due to the extreme weather conditions. I jumped the gun and thought that the old owners of pakayas were leaving me high and dry. I am excited about the new store. I would continue to shop there. They always have best selling items at best selling prices! "

"This is the second order from this store, and I can tell you it will be my last. The first item I ordered was a pedometer that took over 3 weeks to arrive. I was in no hurry, so it was not that big of a deal and their price on the item was the best I had found. This order (a Wii Fit Plus, with balance board) however is a Christmas present for my 11 yr. old daughter and it is much more critical that it not only arrive, but arrive in time. It has not and it has been over 2 weeks since it was supposedly shipped.

Upon complettion of your order, you recieve a confirmation email stating that you will recieve a second email indicating your item has shipped. I never recieved that email, however when I go to check the status of my order, it shows that it shipped over 2 weeks ago. I started sending emails to their "customer service" email address and have yet to get a resonse (4 days and counting). I also called their customer service phone number, which by the way, is rather difficult to locate on their site. It is listed, but you have to click on "privacy policy" at the bottom of their home page. It really doesn't matter though, because they never answer the line, nor do they ever return a call ( 4 straight days and counting).

I did check with my bank statement to see if they had actually charged my credit card, and of course they did, on the very same day I placed the order (they are at least good at something...). It happened to list a phone number for them different than what is on their site, which I called and of course, no answer (but they forward you to the same voicemail as before).

Overall I think (and this is just a guess) this is a company that is does not keep any stock whatsoever, so when you purchase an item, they have to acquire it, then get it to you. If they have problems, then you will have problems and unfortunately, it seems as though their supply chain is troubled. I am filing a complaint with my credit card today to get a refund.

I would recommend that before you order from this place, do yourself a favor and first try to call them or email them with a question, and if you are happy with the response you get, then by all means order (I bet you won't be).

"I orderd a game over the weekend. I did not have alot of money to spend on gifts this Christmas. I just lost my job a few months ago. My son requested a wii game that was backordered, expensive and hard to find. I found it at pakayas for a resonable price. I emailed explaining my problem. The nice lady responded saying she would do what she could to get it here in time. Low and behold, I got up this morning to a voicemail stating that she was able to secure a date and the item will ship today. Later I received a shipping confirmation that included tracking. These people managed to put a smile on face with all of the stress of the season. I am so gratful. I have been purchasing online for many years and have received good service but, this is beyond good! With all of the headaches of the Chistmas rush, I am sure they are bombarded with work and anxious customers. Still they found the time to go the extra mile for me and my son. I will be a loyal customer from here on out because of the A++ service I received from them. I find it hard to believe, from the other negative reviewer, that this company is a scam. There is no way they are scamming people out of their money when I am living proof. They paid extra to have my item shipped express at no additional cost to me. Plus, I read the other reviews with customers who have had a negative experience and they all said they recieved refunds. My take on this scam alert this is highly doubtful this company is a scam. That's just life....you can't mkae everyone happy but, they sure made my son and I very happy. I am forever grateful for their simple gesture!!

"Wow! What a load of crap from the previous reviewer! I have ordered from this company numerous times and have NEVER had a problem! In fact, I have had the EXACT issue happen with me that the previous reviewer tried to explain except I wasn't so foolish as the previous reviewer! When my order was cancelled, I contacted them to find out what was going on. I made my payment through paypal and the payment was pending. Pakayas never even collected payment but canceled as my billing address was incorrect. The previous reviewer stated he would contact his bank but, for what, if they NEVER collect payment on a canceled order. Some people never want to admit their wrongs!!!!

Anyhow, on to my experience, I have dealt with this company numerous times. Each time was a great experience. They are timely in delivering and my items are always neatly packaged. Pricing is excellent. The site is easy to manuever. I just can't seem to think this company is a scam when each time I've ordered, I got my product or if there was an issue, they never even collected payment. Either the previous reviewer is trying to damage the company's image or just another unsatisfied customer! You know the ones that are full of it!!!!!
