"The customer service person who emailed me went out of her way to help when my product did not arrive. I think they could avoid a lot of problems by providing a phone number on their website and tracking numbers for your orders instead of just an update that says "shipped.""

"HORRIBLE _ HORRIBLE _ HORRIBLE!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!

This "store" is a complete scam! I have ordered almost exclusively online for years from a variety of large internet companies and have had 99% excellent experiences.
THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE! I placed my order & rcv'd an order confirmation on the first of December, the item was in stock,& it states to ship within 2-3 days... I began to get concerned after a week & no shipment notification email like the website says you will recv. So I emailed the customer service dept which states online that "At this time we currently have on staff customer service representatives that are on call 24/7. In most cases, you will receive a response in less than 24 hours." WHAT A LOAD!! After 4 days of no response, I email again, still no response. Then I get another confirmation email & when I click the order delivery status link given it takes me to their website which says my order HAS BEEN CANCELLED!" So now it's a week before Christmas & I am missing one of the biggest gifts for my kids! I finally found a phone# for them, but when you call NO ONE ANSWERS! It only gives you a Voiemail of someone you can't even understand what name it is!! Of course I emailed again, maybe I'll actually get a response - DOUBT IT!!
I'm off to alert my bank & reverse the payment that I'm sure they took when I placed my order December 1st!! Two weeks ago!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!! THIS "STORE" IS A SCAM!! PLEASE- PLEASE - PLEASE - BEWARE!!

"Recently purchased from Pakayas and I can't tell you how happy I am that I chose to purchase from them. I have been looking at this game for over a week, monitoring prices and such. The price charged 3 times in one week at Amazon. I decided to try pakayas because I like to support small businesses. The price was awesome, my package arrived a week and something later. I went back to check on Amazon to see if the price had changed, now the wii game was out of stock. Thank goodness I ordered from Pakayas. they have good service and good shipping. customer service answered my email within the hour. I was surprised to see some of the other negative reviews implying they are scammers. the other negative reviewers all said they received refunds which is not a scam in my opinion. I guess anyone would assume the worst with them being new in town but, I'm glad I gave them a try. You can;t make everyone happy, especially this time of year but, these folks made me a happy guy."

"I too have had a HORRIBLE experience with this website. I placed an order at the end of November and received an email confirmation on December 2nd that my order was shipped and that I would be receiving it within 2-4 business days. I paid a little extra for expediated shipping because it was going to be a Christmas gift, and when I didn't receive it by the 8th, I emailed their customer service to find out the status of my purchase. I should note that the website doesn't provide you a phone number but forces you to email them and wait for a response. After emailing them TWICE, I finally received a response that the reason I didn't receive my purchase was because my payment was "never received"!!!! Mind you, however, that the payment cleared in my checking account a few days prior to this email!! So, pakayas.com is now telling me that my order was cancelled because they tried to email about "never receiving my payment". I never received an email regarding this matter, and the email that I did receive that stated my order was shipped "was received in error" (per the customer service representative) So, now pakayas.com has my money AND my purchase...talk about a GREAT business!! I'm now having to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back.

This company is the WORST online store I have ever shopped with!! They have poor customer service (the representative was actually arguing with me!) and poor communication with their customers. I do NOT recommend this website to anyone!! Don't worry about saving yourself a few bucks by shopping with thm...you'll be saving yourself the headache instead!!!

"Around this time of year you get disgruntled and unforgiving customers I know this first hand because I run an online bookstore myself. I order frequently from Pakayas as they dropship to my customers. I've ordered for myself quite a few times as well. All orders were carried out with quality service and shipping speed. I recently had a package returned to them by USPS because the package had been tampered with. USPS didn't even let me see the package. They just told me that they are sending it back and that I needed to contact Pakayas. Well, thats what I did. They sent out a replacement the same day and expedited it. I wouldn't even do this. First and foremost, the customer can easily call and have the package rerouted back to them then you're out of your product plus the replacement. You'll go broke this way...that's what I've been taught. This is something that was recognized as a good deed. I would recommend this store. I'll be shopping here again after the holiday rush..I've already gotten all of my christmas gifts."

"I ordered Christmas present on November 16 assuming it is early enough to order. I didn't receive the item until 12/5/09 so I decided to email them to see what was going on. I got a reply quickly saying that the package has been lost and there is no way to find out where the item is. Since the item is not in stock at this point, they are going to give me a refund. I really need this item for my kid's christmas gift, now I don't know what to do. I was really excited to find the item so cheap. The customer service person was nice and told me they would let me know as soon as the item is in stock. My question is how come they don't have a tracking number? I don't think the solution is not just giving a refund to the customer. I really wanted the item, so it is unfortunate that they can't."

"This time of year can be a drag. I always order my christmas gifts online. Hate the hustle and bustle in the stores. I've ordered from them before and everytime went quite smoothly. I've already done all of my Christmas shopping with them and have them all in hand. One of the items I ordered was backordered and the merchant contacted me shortly after purchase. They said they would have it back in stock later during the week. I was either offered a refund or an expedited shipment once back in. I chose to keep the order because of the exceptional price. I received that backordered item on Saturday. This kind of service is nothing short of impressive. They have a willingness to help others that I am sure will build a great reputation."

"Good online site. Spent hours looking for backordered Rock band game for my son. Found it here and emialed customer service to see if they really had it in stock. To my surprise...one left in stock. Supervisor agreed to expedite order. Ordering on the site is quite simple. They had a 5% off sale and from what I've seen they regularly run specials which is just plain awesome. I have found that these people are very generous and care about their customers. They have gone above and beyond for me. I admire thier practices as there are not some many others left out there. Good service like this goes a long way. I can rest easy knowing that my son will get what he has been waiting for this Christmas. I will shop with them again. "

"I;ve ordered from them twice. Both times, my orders arrived in tip top condition. Well packaged and by the expected delivery date. When you shop online not only do you want good deals, you want quality service and fast shipping. I recieved all of this from this company. They are what an online store should be. I have never had to return or exchange an item so I don't have any experience with them in regards to that. Overall this company has met all of my online shopping needs. I will be shopping with them in the near future and thereafter."

"I have used Pakayas since their entry into the online market a few years ago. Each order was treated with superior service and quick responses to inquires as they have a 24 hour customer service via email in place. Placing orders are easy and prices are extremely competitive. I shop online very often and find myself purchasing from them for myself as well as family and friends because of their wide variety of products. Most packages arrived before expected others came within the standard shipping timeframe. All around good site, good deals.!"

"I ordered 4 items from them on November 8. It is now Dec 3 and I haven't received anything from them. I emailed them before checking my spam folder and in my spam folder was an email from them sent yesterday saying that the package had been returned to them due to "damage in transit" so they were giving me a full refund(which will take 2-5 business days ensuring that the time I have to try to find these items again and have them shipped before Christmas is very short). I have never in my life heard of a package being returned to the company due to damage. I think they're a fraudulent company that makes money somehow off of the money we pay them that they then refund a month later. If I even get my money refunded-we'll see. I'm so upset because I can spend the money before I get my expected refund from them in the hopes that they do what they say they will or I can wait and risk not having these items to give to my family. What if they don't refund my money and then I'm out double the money right before Christmas? Ridiculous. I could totally see a company like this blaming a lost refund on my bank, giving me the runaround until the end of time. I would not recommend this website to anyone. Their prices seem too good to be true, well guess what, if something seems too good to be true it usually is."

"I ordered a car seat for my daughter. I needed it before the weekend because we were leaving on a road trip. I contacted their customer service hoping they would deliver on time. They replied back a short while later. Then 2 days later the package arrived! I am so pleased with this company. so glad I found them. I also purchased some books from them and received all within a week. I beg to differ with some of the other reviews. I would recommend this website."

"I was so excited to see such low priced products on pakayas.com. I ordered a book on November 11, 2009. It is now December 2, 2009 and I still don't have it. The tracking information wasn't even there. The customer service has worked with me, but wanted to send a replacement. I couldn't wait for one so instead got a refund. I am not sure if the site is a scam or it just happened to suck at shipping their product. All and all I won't ever buy from this site again."
