"Poor service. It was around Super Bowl time and i know that they were very busy but...
I needed to cancel an order. Immediately after placing the order i called the customer service line to cancel and got voice mail but could not leave a message. I sent a few different emails and still no reply. I posted on their twitter page and no reply. i posted to their facebook page and finally got a reply asking for an email to a personal account. Sent email explaining situation, no reply. i had placed 2 gift orders on accident and both are now delivered. I will not use them again."

I wanted to pick up my item since I live near Menomonee Falls, WI, but at the time there was not a choice when I put in my order, so I wrote a note in the order form if I can pick up instead of delivering it and got a responce right away.
