"My experience with Packertime was a very good one . I ordered on friday night and it was shipped saturday and i had it at the post office on tuesday waiting for my pick up. In my opinion you can not ask for any better and the items that i bought were what they said they were not something a lot cheaper like ihave seen before . "My whole order process with this company was a complete nightmare. I placed an order over a week before Superbowl Sunday ensuring my products would be delivered in time. Four days later they contacted me stating they did not have my items in stock but asked if I would would like something comparable. I had no issue as long as my order would be delivered in time for Superbowl. They confirmed this and I proceeded with the order. My order was delivered Monday afternoon, making most of the items useless. I then started the return process. First, you cannot get in touch with a customer service representative unless you leave a message. Half the time the mailbox was full and the rest of the time I did not recieve return calls for days. Second, the return address on their website where returns should be shipped is invalid. UPS and FedEx will not deliver to that address. It took another week for me to receive a return call and receive the correct shipping address. Finally, my returned package was delivered and signed for by someone at the address however my credit card was never credited and that was over two weeks ago. Now I am stuck trying to track down a customer service rep in order to get my money back. Two voice messages have been left and at least 4-5 emails and still not response. I have never dealt with such poor customer service. I will definitely not be doing business with this company again."
