"Your website doesn't function properly. I had to type in my credit card information 7 times on two different browsers before it decided to work. If one item was entered incorrectly the site does not save the rest of the info. So repeatedly I had to type in name, address, cc info! Then even when I typed all that correctly it decided it didn't want to accept my entries and deleted all that I had typed and I had to repeat it over and over during the busy holiday season when I had plenty of other work I could have been doing. It's annoying and you should fix it."
