"I ordered a 24" wide roll of Kraft paper and a vertical cutter. Both items were received on time and are as described. I love the vertical cutter...it takes up very little space and all I had to do was put the base legs on. Casters are optional but I do not plan on rolling it around so it is fine as is. I use the paper for covering the floor around my parrots' cages. It is nice to be able to cut pieces as long as I want. The paper is just the right thickness...not so thin that it tears when I step on it. I only bought one roll but I will buy two rolls when I need replacement to again qualify for free shipping. "
