"In stock" means you have the item in your inventory and NOT you ordering it from manufacturer!!!!

"Needed items ASAP and searched the internet for vendors that had the items "IN STOCK". POSGlobal showed the items in stock so I ordered via their website........5 days later, my order status showed it was still being processed.....I called the vendor to verify the status of my order.....the person stated that they had to order from manufacturer! Told them to cancel my order as I need the items ASAP.....I could have order the items directly from manufacturer myself. Now, they are saying that I can't cancel my order unless manufacturer allows them to cancel their order!!!! BS
Update: After finally refunding our money to our credit card, we had a ton of fraudulent charges......had to cancel the card.....coincident?????

Name of this company is fitting!!! Horrible stay clear of these people.

"5 days after i placed my order still no shipping info. I call them up and demand a tracking number or a refund,, some India speaking sounding person says they will refund,, we will see.. i am calling my bank in the morning to reverse the charges. these people are nothing but a waste of time."

"their advertisements are misleading.. they use SEO tricks to think you're buying one thing and send you something else.. Not having had any issues with online purchases in the past, I just breezed through the checkout process.. DO NOT DO THAT WITH THESE GUYS - you'll be VERY SORRY.."

Waited over a month for an order to be shipped

"Ordered a product and it said it would be shipped within a week. Two weeks, no update. Followed up, ensured it would be shipped within a week, still didn't receive, and no update. Communication from this company is horrible - and to add insult to injury they had the audacity to charge me for the item."

Do not waste your time ordering for this company.

"2 weeks after ordering and still no status on shipment. I only ordered two IP Security cameras. When I called for the third time, he still could not give me any information.

I think this guy runs the business from his kitchen.

Worst Service Ever

"Ordered a LG commercial screen, which showed in stock an available for shipping. After 2 1/2 weeks, it still hadn't arrived and their site showed still processing. I tried calling several times, but could never get anyone. Their vm system claims they are switching over their phone system, so you can't leave a message - so email. Emailed and finally got a response saying my item was out of stock, but they could sell me the more current version for another $60. Their system still shows my original order in stock. What BS is that. They should honor their sale and ship my order. I cancelled my order and found another retailer who was close to my original price and ships the same day. Lots of on-line retailers, take your business elsewhere, unless you don't need your order in a timely manner or love the bait and switch program. "

They do not have what they are selling.

"Listed on site as in stock but after 2 unanswered e-mails and a phone call and no answer, I was finally told on the second call that they do not have the product and it might be several weeks. Thanks for telling me. "

5 weeks and waiting

"We put in an order for a Viking multiunit door controller as well as 4 magnetic EMLocks from SDC back in early October. We received the door controller a week later -- but never received the EMlocks. Called POSGlobal about it three weeks after the initial order and was told that it would be shipped "in a few days" and I should receive them no later than Friday 11/3. Called on the following Monday (11/6) and was told that no, they actually would be in on Friday 11/10. Still didn't receive them. They sent the tracking number and it showed it was delivered to a completely different location 30 miles from our office. Called today and they told me we'd get them tomorrow, that they had sent me the wrong tracking info and sent me the correct number as a follow up. Then 10 minutes later I get a follow up email saying that they in fact HAD been delivered to the wrong location and were being picked up from that location and being brought to us at some point in the not to distant future.

I have been in business for over 20 years and NEVER seen this level of incompetance. I'm not sure that they are even legit resellers/distributors. No one answers their phones (unless you call several times), they never return a call when you leave a message, and there has been no offer to expedite shipping to make up for their mistakes. Yes, their pricing is low, but there is a reason for this -- the horrific customer experience. Go to a legit reseller and steer far away from these guys.

Don't ever do business with this company

"I made a purchase of a signature pad combo and requested expedited shipping. Nearly a week later and it still hasn't shipped. I had to call and find out it was out of stock. Needless to say I cancelled the order. This derailed a time sensitive project and the rep I initially spoke with seemed to be on board. When I called back is when they actually told me the truth that it was out of stock."

WTF is wrong with these people?

"I bought (or tried to buy), an inventory scanner from these guys. I got a confirmation, but nothing every happened. No charge, no shipping, etc. So I emailed them and got no response. So I called the following day and talked to some guy that sounded like he was stoned, and he told me that it was processing, and everything was good. A week later, no shipping info, no charge on my CC, so I called again and no answer. So I emailed again, no response. I give up. I bought it from somewhere else and am crossing my fingers that they don't charge me at this point. Why even have a business if this is how you run it (or don't)? How do you expect to sell to other business people with these practices?"
