"ordered it tuesday, got it friday in time for the weekend lan. very impressed with their laptops video ability. speed is nice. the sales department is very friendly, we exchanged a few emails. haven't had to call the technical/customer service yet. i got a prostar 5634 with the wide-angle uxga screen and the ghosting effect is a little bit more noticeable on this laptop compared to the equivalent laptop display on a dell inspiron(which costs more money). however, the prostar screen is much brighter and has nearly exactly even lighting level throughout the 15 inch screen. very clear. overall, i can say i'm very happy with my purchase."
