Credit back for the cross-ship has taken WAY too long. Two weeks since they received the defective card and still no credit for the additional charge. They keep saying soon. Nice overall, but avoid their cross-shipping I guess."

PC Supplysource advertised an LCD TV. When I received the item it was LCD monitor without TV tuner. Customer service refused to deal with me and sent me to online RMA. To add to the problem they charge 20% restocking fee.
