"I made a purchase (An Intel Core i5 10600KF) and the next day I recieved a mail saying that it was shipped, I check the order details and appears that the tracking number wouldnt appear until 24 hours after it was shipped, ok, I waited 2 days then check again and I didnt have the tracking number, I contacted customer support and they told me that I only have to wait to the end of the day so the tracking number would be updated to the webpage, but still, 2 days later still no tracking number, again contacted customer support and they would tell me the same and the next day it would be the same, the next day I asked them what was going on with my product, they told me that they didnt now why it was shipped and that they were trying to contact the warehouse for my products tracking number, they made me wait for over 30 minutes to tell my to wait till the end of the day, again... A couple of days ago I contact them again, this time asking them for the tracking number and if they didnt have it then they could start a refund for my money, the guy told my that when he got any information he would send me an email, later that they I received an email telling my that they couldnt ship the product because there was a "recall" it seems the manufacturer mis-packaged the item and forgot to include a part inside the box... Like is not a tray processor and it only comes with the processor, theres no heatsink... Anyways, I would receive my money in the next 48 hours so I went to Immedia Systems, I made the purchase on 09/01/2020, on 09/02/2020 I would receive my tracking number arriving on 09/09/2020. And it was cheaper..."
