After two days on the order, I e-mail support about changing my tint color to light brown. Two weeks later it arrive. Let me say this pair are the best made on my prescription. At the same day I order from another web site and didn't find them as Ozealglasses made this. A very big difference in dollars but all for the best. I find myself using them for all occasion. Need to order a different style."

I made a mistake in my original order and customer service (I used the online chat, the person's name was Lily and I also received emails from Gavin. Both were great) was very helpful and if anything TOO patient with me. They swapped the frames for me before they were shipped and they arrived in a little over two weeks. Pretty quick, and probably would have been quicker if I hadn't messed up the order. I will recommend them to my friends and when the time comes, get my next set of frames from them."
