“Our sales reps don't simply refuse to file claims - they are unable to do so because we are not a Medicare provider and do not handle ANY Medicare services. We find that most companies that do provide Medicare services are unwilling to provide the oxygen equipment people really want/need and they must come to companies like ours to purchase their oxygen equipment.
