"I purchased my inogenG3 in November of 2021. The first time I used the car charger, it broke. The battery that came with my unit is double, which is supposed to give me up to 10 hours usage on setting 2. I am doing good to get 5.5 hours. I actually spoke with a salesman because I was hoping to purchase a second battery. When I told him of my issues he blew me off. Said sorry ha ha and hung up. Very disappointing "

"This company was great to deal with. My Father needed a portable O2 concentrator ASAP and they got me one the same day. They also helped fill out his insurance paperwork to get it covered under his Humana plan. No other company I called that day would do that. They actually said no insurance would pay for it. Well, we got paid 80% of the cost of the concentrator. I would highly recommend calling them if you need their services."
