" I am going to be very honest this was the first time I ordered from this company. After I placed my order my husband said it was to good to be true "the prices that is" so I entered there name on the internet and after reading their reviews I was a nervous wreck for the next week I bought two psp's that were refurbished they both came in excellent condition and looked better then expected, packing was perfect and everything was as ordered. For my 10 year old and 6 year old this was the best option. I have already placed another order. I wanted to add you get what you paid for I ordered refurbished and new things from this sight I have a feeling a lot of the complaints about these stores have to do with people who are buying demo or used (for next to nothing) might I add again you get what you pay for lets face it people nothing is free. However, the remote didn't work properly - the connection to one ear was loose. It is ridiculous that they don't replace them, and they don't even check to see if the products work. I am returning it and will never consider shopping here again."

"This company is a scam! They sold me a defective Xbox 360 system. The hard drive did not work, the controller had a malfunctioning button, and then I got the dreaded "3 ring" red light error and the system stopped functioning completely. I tried to contact them through email and phone, but I get voicemail, auto-response emails, but no live person... and no resolution or refund. I got an RMA in the correct time period, and shipped it back, but no refund and they will not respond or contact me. I have submitted a fraud complaint to my bank, the BBB, and the Tennessee Attorney General's Office. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER!!! HORRIBLE!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!"
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a product that was described as "NEW/OPEN BOX". This item was not new, the box was torn in pieces, the item was damaged and it was missing the AC adapter, Antenna and Cables. Their solution to problem (which is due to their ERROR) was for me to return the Item at MY EXPENSE to MAYBE get a refund of the purchase price not including shipping. It is amazing how their incompetence and poor business practices will cost me money. AGAIN DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I will be proceeding with a chargeback from my Credit Card Company! "

They told me the speaker system I was purchasing was new/open box. When I received, the equipment had obviously been used. "The camera I ordered arrived on time. It was advertised as "refurbished" but was very dirty. So I doubt if anything was done during the "refurbishment" process other than putting it in the box. The camera does work fine. The price was very good but I don't like having to pay for expensive FedEx shipping; Overstockdealz doesn't provide a choice however. "They sent me defective speakers. No sounds comes out of the speakers at all. These are open box, refurbished but I expected them to work. Cust. service tells me that I have to pay for shipping both ways. So, I'm either stuck with $10 speakers that don't work or I'm out $20 in shipping charges. They won't budge on this. I will never purchase from them again and I recommend that everyone else avoid this reseller. They will send defective merchandise and stick you with the costs of returning so that it's cheaper for you to just throw the product in the trash and accept that you're out the purchase price and original shipping."
"I am neither satisfied or dissatisfied. I got two games and a intercooler for my xbox 360. The games showed in the description that they are refurbished and repackaged same with intercooler. I paid $50 for 3 items but the lowest one was the intercooler at $2.99. I received my items and opened the box to find that nothing was repackaged. The games, however, did have authorizations from a store they had the disks refurbished from. The disks looked fine and hoping my intercooler will work, but if it doesn't I would gave only wasted $3 instead of paying $20 for a new one. "
