"I purchased a xbox wireless headset claimed to be refurbished. The thing arrived loose in a fed-ex mailer with no paperwork at all - only the headset and cord. It would not power on and I have been attempting to return it to overstockdealz.com since 12-27-08. Because it had been more than 14 days from order - even though I did not recieve it until 12-15-08 which is 12 days in my possession- they would not do anything. I purchased the extended warranty and can't get any info where to send it for replacement. Numerous emails have been a waste of time since all responses seem to be "canned" reply and not really address the questions asked.
