"Ordered Office 2007 10 business days ago. My credit card has been charged but no delivery yet. Went to "Track Order" on their website and got a FedEx tracking #. Clicked on the tracking # link and went to the FedEx page which said that the record is not found. Called the store's toll free # but every prompt selection I hit rings about 10 times and then says the line cannot be answered at this time and to leave a message. What gives?"

"When buying from them during checkout, they tempt you to give favorable review for a discount. I declined the discount because I want to give honest and real review, so below is my experience with this store:
I found Office 2007 Small Business OEM 3 Pack from this store for $197.99. I thought this is a good deal because the students/home office 2007 is more than this, so I called to confirm the order (24 copies 8 pack). I got 5 pack (15 copies) and was told 3 pack on backorder (10/26). Today I get email stating that problem with order, they made a mistake it should be $197.99 each so they want to charge the balance or have us ship it back. I am suppose to uninstall all 15 computers and send the software back when it is their mistake? What a joke of a company."
