Never buy if you think you may need a refund.

"Never buy from this reseller. I bought a item through Amazon which I returned after approval from Amazon. I have a tracking number that shows the item was delivered back to One Deal Outlet but I have never received a credit, nor have I even received a response to multiple inquiries."

"Bought apple AirPods and was giving china made aftermarket items not what I had ordered in good faith. Returned items and they kept my money and threatened criminal actions. What a joke they are I’m out 188 dollars and no item they are criminals and theives"

Never buy from OneDealOutlet Canada.

"Never buy from OneDealOutlet Canada I have been waiting for a month for 2 power supplies. I spent more then 1,200$ at their Amazon store and I expected them to choose a faster shipping company but thay used ups the slowest shipping company. I have bought a processor, graphics and motherboard already from random people on ebay (some users being in China) and the items still got here before my power supplies."

Suspicious practice

"They will invent excuses to not ship the purchased item if the price was too low at the moment you bought it. A common excuse is that the carrier damaged your product and now it is back order..when they are still listing it on Newegg. Stay away from this company. They won't honor any purchase you made, waste your time and money."

Luckily this company was not able to screw me over!

"After some shopping on Amazon, I came across this vendor, nothing stood out, other than the outrageous price they were asking for a particular item, and every seller, including Amazon was selling for half the price. After doing a little research, this company is completely bogus, sends out wrong items, misleading items, if you receive anything at all. If you pay attention, all good reviews are obviously paid for, and or solicited. This comment may not be submitted, but I will, and have made sure other warnings are!"

"I ordered a Lenovo M93p desktop from ODL on 5/31 ad says 10+ units in stock. On 6/1 ODL emails – no stock. Contact ODL 6/4 to cancel and reorder. ODL advises me that the Lenovo is now in stock and they can still meet the promised shipping date (6/11). Like a sucker I buy their spiel and agree to continue with the order. The product arrives 6/18 ... ODL explains that the delay was caused by having to ship the unit from Canada. Do not trust these guys, they were not honest in their dealings with me."

"AVOID THIS VENDOR>

I bought an item from Outletdeal.com, a remote control for iPods. Nowhere on there web page was there any information indicating that the item was not compatible with my iPod Touch.

After recieving the item and trying to get it to work with my iPod unsucessfully, I contacted the manufacturer support team. It was then that I was informed that the remote does not work with my iPod.

Outlet.com refused a refund, since the item had been opened. No matter that the information on their site was incomplete, no matter that I had no way of knowing that the item would not work, just a flat 'No refunds for opened items'.

I will not do business with them again, and recommend that you avoid them as well.

"Ordered Windows 7 from this website. Received the cd but it was for HP computers only, which was not mentioned on the website. I'm trying to log into my account to see if there was any mention of HP on my order but when I go to the MY ACCOUNT page to log on, the page doesn't work - it does nothing when I click on the submit button after entering my username and password. Also, it shows the entered password instead of stars like other websites."

"what a idiot online seller!
one time i purchased ipod with 33339 order no. they did not ship because of my unconfirmed address on paypal. Ok i see. And then i contacted with paypal they sent me a confirmation code.After putting 6 digits code my address was confirmed. second time i tried to put an order with that number 35801. they say they did not get money. I looked my accounts everything were great. I tried to contact to them, I could not find anyone to talk.
third time i tried to put another order but this time there was another unknown bug/mistake on website. I was buying ipod nano 16gb 4th generation. their prices were, depending on the color, 158.99 or 159.96 on the website. However whenever i come to checkout, the prices were becoming 174.99 per each. what a nice trick! outletdeal, do u you think the customers are idiots?
I STILL HAVE PROOF I KEEP PRINT SCREEN OF THE PAGE.

"This company has superb customer support. I have never seen service like this even from HP, Microsoft, Dell, Linksys, Netgear, etc. Here is what happened: I Ordered Windows 7 Professional Upgrade. I did open it. It turned out to be in french. Now it clearly stated on their return policy that they wouldn't take open software. It also said that anything needing to be returned required for the customer to pay shipping and a 3.5% restocking fee. This is a pretty standard policy when compared to similar websites like Outletdeal.com
However, I called in, explained the situation and asked if I could return the software, if they could cover shipping since it was in french, and if they could waive the restocking fee. Again, they had no obligation to comply with me, when I bought the product I agreed to their terms. Nonetheless, outletdeal.com took the extra step and agreed to all my requests. They mailed me a package label with a tracking number, which I printed and taped to the box, they waived the restocking fee and when the product was received at their warehouse, they processed a credit that same day (my experience has been that company's wait a few business days before processing a credit). And their representatives were extremely courteous and always responded to my emails. If I wanted faster service, I checked online to see if Chat help was available. If I wanted even faster service, I called in and the representative answered my questions over the phone. For those who say they call in and don't get anyone, just try ext 111. If they don't pick up, its not the end of the world, just try back in an hour or so. They do seem to care about their customers and are always willing to help out. If you're really iffy about a certain product, just chat with them or call them and ask away. Thats all. Anyways, these guys deserve a 5 out of 5.

"Guys are terrible. I ordered Windows 7 and it said it would arrive w/in 5 days. I contacted customer service after 5 days to track my order. She said there was a "delay" and that it wouldn't be here until 9 bus. days later. Couldn't wait that long. No accomodations, just an apology. Had to cancel. Would never trust these guys again with an important order"
